Volunteer
ASPB is always looking for volunteers to assist at events. Volunteers not only gain knowledge and experience in campus programming, they also receive rewards for volunteering, and get in free to the event(s) they staff!

Co-Sponsorships
The Associated Students Program Board (ASPB) is now accepting Co-Sponsorships for ALL WINTER 2008 PROGRAMMING. Here are a few due dates:
June 29, 2007
The first priority due date for an ASPB co-sponsorship will be on June 29, the end of the first week of Summer Session 1. We recommend that those organizations that will be having programs during the first 5 weeks of fall quarter and have begun planning, to meet this due date.
October 8, 2007
The final due date for an ASPB co-sponsorship will be at the beginning of the second week in October (Monday, October 8). We recommend this due date to those organizations that will be having programs after the first 5 weeks of the fall quarter. This will allow the organizations that were not able to make the first due date, to submit a co-sponsorship for a fall program.
* If you plan on programming during the first five weeks of the fall quarter, but missed the first due date, we still encourage you to apply for a co-sponsorship by the final due date.
If you are submitting your application by the first due date, please turn it in to the ASPB office or to the Student Life office on June 29 by 4pm. If you are submitting your application by the second due date, please turn it in to the ASPB office or to the Student Life office on October 8 by 4pm.
ASPB will review all applications for Co-Sponsorships after the final due date and will vote to determine fund allocations. ASPB has a quarterly co-sponsorship budget of $4000 and we encourage all student organizations to apply for a co-sponsorship – we will take every application into consideration.
Application forms are attached to this email and are also available in the ASPB office and on the Student Life web site at www.studentlife.ucr.edu under “student organization/resources.”
Your organization will be notified in writing on the status of your Co-Sponsorship proposal shortly after ASPB allocation decisions have been made.

Board Applications
Being a part of ASPB is a great way to meet new people, have a voice on what programs are offered on campus, and gain valuable skills. You will gain great experience for your future careers, and make the most of your college experiences! If you have a passion for any of our divisions or just feel you can make a great impact on ASPB you should apply to join the Team!
Applications for board positions will be available in the Spring Quarter. Applicants will go through an interview process and those individuals who are selected will go through training in the summer.
